Job Title: Branch Manager

Gulfeagle Supply is a family-owned business with a strong presence in the residential and commercial roofing and building products industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our branch, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales and profit targets. They will also be responsible for supervising sales personnel, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales personnel to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Oversee branch operations, including inventory management and logistics
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Manage branch budgets and financial performance
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a middle management position in the wholesale roofing supplies industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets
