Duties and Responsibilities

Project Engineer:
You will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects, overseeing resource allocation, managing teams, engaging with clients, assessing risks, and facilitating knowledge sharing. Your goal will be to meet the quality and speed objectives set by clients while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for establishing performance appraisal targets for your team, providing necessary training, and monitoring performance through our internal systems.

Furthermore, you will identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, maintaining open communication with clients and internal stakeholders from the outset and tracking progress diligently.

Education and Experience

A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology is required, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in roles such as Engineer, Solution Architect, or Consultant.
