Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Direct project planning, implementation, and execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering on project submittals and drawings.
  • Timeline Management: Oversee project timelines, scheduling, and updates with the Project Management Team.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly report project progress to the assigned Senior Project Manager.
  • Documentation: Maintain project contract documents and manage submittals and approvals.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address potential issues and communicate cost impacts or change orders promptly.
  • Material Management: Review Bill of Materials and ensure order accuracy.
  • Supervision: Oversee subcontractor installation and resolve any installation challenges.
  • Team Support: Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the project team.
  • System Testing: Test and configure system databases, oversee commissioning, and manage project closure.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with customers, contractors, and trade personnel.
  • Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety for employees and subcontractors, adhering to company standards.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical assistance and basic training to customers.
  • Travel Requirements: Be available for travel to customer job sites as necessary.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls project management.
  • Experience in project estimating.
  • Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, including AHUs, VAVs, boilers, and chillers.
