Job Title: Behavior Technician ABA

At DV Therapy Inc, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children with special needs, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors and other skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with children with special needs, utilizing ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors and other skills.
  • Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Record data to determine the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as creating stimuli for clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school degree or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Must pass background check.
  • Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required.
  • TB test required.
  • Bachelor's or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S program preferred.
  • ABA experience preferred.
  • RBT certification a plus.
