About the Role

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in providing state-of-the-art behavioral services to children with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans to support children with autism in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
  • Provide direct behavioral services, including skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social skills training.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans to drive positive outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, education, or special education.
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families.
