About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at The Stepping Stones Group. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct ABA treatment services to children with autism in various settings, including their homes, schools, and communities.
  • Work under the guidance of a program supervisor to instruct clients on essential skills, such as communication, play, socialization, and independence.
  • Assist in addressing challenging behaviors and collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to treatment goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Full-time schedules available, with flexibility for part-time schedules.
  • Able to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes.
  • Childcare experience required.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.
