Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct ABA treatment services to children with autism in various settings, including their homes, schools, and communities.
- Work under the guidance of a program supervisor to instruct clients on essential skills, such as communication, play, socialization, and independence.
- Assist in addressing challenging behaviors and collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to treatment goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Full-time schedules available, with flexibility for part-time schedules.
- Able to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes.
- Childcare experience required.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
