Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Support Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, marketing and selling insurance products, and assisting with office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their insurance needs and provide solutions to their problems
- Market and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
- Assist with office functions, such as data entry and filing
- Monitor key competitors in the local market area and provide suggestions for improving our position
- Responsible for sales administration and reporting activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to acquire Property/Casualty license within 90 days of hire
