Job Title: Lead Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Massage Therapist to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Mooresville, NC. As a Lead Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our clients, while also mentoring and training our team of Massage Therapists.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
  • Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
  • Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
  • Interview and conduct practicals for all new Massage Therapists Candidates
  • Provide continuing education, coaching and training to existing team of Massage Therapists
  • Set the professional example for the entire team of Massage Therapists and make sure team is in compliance with Hand and Stone therapeutic protocols.
Requirements:
  • Must adhere to state licensing laws and
  • to becoming a certified Hand and Stone Elite Massage Therapist
  • Must carry liability insurance.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
  • Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
  • Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required.

Compensation:

$80.00 per hour At Hand and Stone, Opportunity Knocks.
