Key Responsibilities:

  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
  • Collaborate with our team to promote member referrals and drive business growth.
  • Conduct practicals and training sessions for new Massage Therapists, sharing your expertise and passion for the craft.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring our spa remains at the forefront of massage therapy.

Requirements:

  • Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
  • Commit to becoming a certified Hand and Stone Elite Massage Therapist.
  • Must carry liability insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Swedish Massage required; other modalities a plus.
