About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work one-on-one with clients to develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Implement ABA strategies and techniques to promote positive behavior change
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
