Patient Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Patient Services Coordinator will provide administrative support to healthcare providers in a high-volume ambulatory setting, serving as the primary interface between patients and providers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage patient interactions and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating patient care.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote a positive and patient-centered care experience.
- Stay up-to-date on hospital policies, procedures, and systems, including EPIC and Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Call Center/high volume practice experience preferred.
- Electronic Medical Record Experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively on a team and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
