Position Overview

We are in search of skilled investigators with experience in commercial or personal lines, preferably with multi-line expertise including AOE/COE, Auto, and Homeowners. While experience in Special Investigations Units (SIU) is highly valued, it is not a prerequisite.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong set of investigative skills, demonstrating qualities such as honesty, integrity, self-reliance, resourcefulness, independence, and discipline. Excellent time management abilities are essential.

Applicants must have reliable transportation, as well as a digital recorder and digital camera. Responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Conducting in-person recorded statements
  • Capturing scene photographs
  • Composing detailed and comprehensive reports
  • Engaging in client communications
  • Adhering to strict deadlines for all assignments
