Value Stream Manager

At SRG Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Value Stream Manager to join our team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's supply chain operations. As a Value Stream Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize value streams
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of process changes
- Providing training and coaching to team members on new processes and procedures
- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, supply chain, or business management
- At least 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or engineering
- Experience with lean thinking, kaizen, and value stream mapping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
