Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wireless Sales Professional to join our team at MMG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting customers with the wireless products they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Meet or exceed sales goals by closing sales, overturning objections, negotiating contracts, and upselling products and services.
  • Customer Interaction: Proactively engage with potential new customers in a positive and warm manner, explaining the benefits of our services and products in simple terms.
  • Problem-Solving: Listen to concerns, understand, and problem-solve issues in a polite and empathetic manner, recommending personalized solutions to improve sales margins and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Attend meetings and sales training classes to enhance knowledge of our products, clientele, telecommunications services, sales promotions, and new sales techniques.
Requirements
  • Background and Experience: Background in sales, wireless sales, telecommunications, customer service, or client-facing.
  • Personal Qualities: Confident, outgoing, and energetic, with excellent presentation skills and the ability to close sales.
  • Skills and Abilities: Proven ability to overturn objections, solve problems, and drive sales margins, with a go-getter attitude and a hunger for success.
