Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plasma Center Floor Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plasma collection center, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and staff
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or other regulated environment preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
