Position Summary

The Collier Companies is in search of a Facilities Maintenance Leader

This role is essential for overseeing the maintenance operations within our properties, ensuring that all physical aspects align with The Collier Companies' high standards. The Facilities Maintenance Leader will excel in troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions with a strong customer service focus. Responsibilities may encompass repairs in various areas including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, structural exteriors, and appliances.

Key Qualifications - What We Seek:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Maintenance or Service Management role or a similar supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in conventional property management is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated individual with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in recruiting and nurturing vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with Entrata Property Management Software is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • EPA certification and strong HVAC expertise are preferred.
  • Willingness to participate in Emergency-On-Call (EOC) duties is required.
  • Demonstrated history of excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
