- Two years of work experience in a related field, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, management, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
