As a Spanish-English Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in both Spanish and English. You will engage with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience during every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Provide outstanding support to clients by managing inquiries and resolving concerns in both languages.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Product Familiarity: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to effectively assist customers.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-ups on customer inquiries to guarantee resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a customer service environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for resolving issues and managing customer complaints effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous.

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
