About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Private Equity Account Executive to join our team in New York City. As a key member of our Account Executive team, you will be responsible for leading discussions with clients to provide strategic advice and counsel, supporting Aon's clients in understanding and managing their risks, and helping to craft and implement strategies aligned with their risk management goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client service teams to identify and meet client needs, retaining and growing a profitable book of business.
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients, supporting their risk management goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies, coordinating with Brokers and Aon Client Services (ACS) as needed.
  • Drive client penetration and new business through the introduction of products, services, lines of business, and industry expertise.
  • Communicate and compare quoted results with clients to bind coverage, and communicate final terms with colleagues in the US and overseas.
  • Serve as a resource of industry, product, or market area expertise to internal and external clients.
  • Lead input to and follow-up on invoicing and receivables process for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections.
  • Maintain a current P&C brokerage license and follow Aon's guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of risk insurance experience, including project and account management experience on large accounts.
  • Strong sales skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Active Property & Casualty license.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
