Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Program Administrator to join our team at ResourceMFG. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Purchasing and Planning within a Manufacturing context.

Compensation:
$33-$36 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the relationship between clients and the manufacturing unit to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage customer backlog, ensure timely deliveries, address accounts receivable concerns, resolve excess and obsolete inventory issues, and provide business performance reporting.
  • Supervise commercial functions including product profitability, pricing strategies, return merchandise authorizations, engineering change orders, and adherence to contractual obligations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in program administration within a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities
  • Familiarity with Shipping/Receiving, Invoicing, Purchasing, and Negotiation processes
  • Capacity to operate independently and effectively in a dynamic work environment
