Job Summary:

The City of Glenwood Springs is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support to all city employees, ensuring the efficient operation of our systems and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for all systems and software
Manage incidents and service requests using ITIL standards
Configure, install, and repair workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
Deploy new systems and devices as needed
Install and test software updates, patches, and upgrades
Monitor system logs for security and performance issues

Requirements:

Five (5) years' progressive experience in Information Technology management
CJIS certification required every 2 years
Serve as Local Agency Security Officer (LASO) for CJIS
Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree in Information Technology or related field
IT industry certifications - such as, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, Juniper, etc.
Experience working with UNIX and Windows in a network environment
