Position Overview
The Property Financial Analyst will oversee and execute monthly financial entries, account reconciliations, and detailed financial assessments to guarantee precise financial reporting. This position requires collaboration with various teams to facilitate month-end closing activities, adherence to accounting regulations, and ongoing enhancement of financial processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in financial or accounting roles.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and ASC 842 standards.
- Proficient in accounting software and tools (e.g., Visual Lease, GL systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
