Financial Analyst II

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst II to join our Advanced Products & Solutions finance team. As a key member of the USAF Sustainment Program Finance organization, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the USAF Programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the USAF Sustainment Manager with financial planning and analysis for the USAF Programs, with estimated annual sales of $200M.
- Support the Sustainment team in ensuring that all required financial inputs, including reporting, are reviewed, analyzed, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Provide internal financial planning, including bookings, sales, profit, and cash forecasting and analysis, as well as billing support for Manual Invoice Requests (MIRs).
- Be responsible for all financial analysis and business management for assigned IPTs or PMs under the USAF Sustainment Program.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of finance, accounting, and business development to drive business growth and improvement.
- Assist in consolidating, reporting, and analyzing the financial performance of the Program to meet forecasting and AOP guidance.
- Prepare weekly analysis and communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to management.
- Work in a highly dynamic, high-pressure environment and cultivate improvement initiatives with a focus on continuous control monitoring.
- Develop variance analysis, data reviewing, and reporting, as well as Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP R/3, BW/BPS System Tools, CART, and Cash workflow system.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate financial data and inputs across multiple Production sites across the U.S. and internationally.
- Ability to be self-sufficient as well as operate in a team environment, supporting the Functional business efforts.
