Responsibilities- Provides direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborates with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication lists and treatment plans.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid LPN License in State of Practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from American Heart Association
- Preferred: IV Therapy Credentials
This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. The incumbent may be exposed to bloodborne pathogens and other infectious materials.
