Clinical Office Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Office Assistant to join our team in the Metro Atlanta area. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering administrative support and ensuring seamless patient care in both the Back and Front Offices.

Key Duties:

  • Collaborate with Physicians in the Back Office to guarantee high-quality patient care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in the Front Office, scheduling appointments and handling phone calls.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies to ensure accurate billing procedures.
  • Schedule surgeries as needed to maintain an efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office setting is required.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide kind and courteous service to patients.
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $62,000 per annum.
