Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a skilled nursing professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our Director of Nursing. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. The nurse will also be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with residents and staff, and adhere to all applicable regulations and policies.

Required Skills and QualificationsWe require certification of graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure in the state of Illinois, and two years of professional clinical nursing experience. A strong knowledge of normal and abnormal developmental characteristics of the elderly is essential, along with competency in basic nursing skills. Additional desirable qualifications include supervisory experience, knowledge of safe and effective nursing practices, and extensive knowledge of medications and pain assessment and treatment in the elderly. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
