Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Cashier to join our team at Michaels Stores. As a Seasonal Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences for customers
  • Execute cash handling procedures to standards
  • Engage customers on benefits of rewards programs and complete enrollments
  • Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys
  • Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes
  • Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Assist with omnichannel processes
Requirements
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
