Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting a vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base.
  • Vehicle Selection Assistance: Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Product Expertise: Be knowledgeable about our product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
  • Demonstrations and Presentations: Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow-up and Referral: Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Overcoming Objections: Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

  • Product Knowledge: Ready to learn new product offerings and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

  • Background Check and Drug Screen: Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
