Job Summary:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate New Grad RN or LPN to join our team as a Healthcare Training Coordinator. In this role, you will provide personalized training and support to new grad nurses and LPNs, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new grad nurses and LPNs
  • Provide one-on-one mentorship and coaching to help new grads navigate their roles and overcome challenges
  • Collaborate with experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Active RN or LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)
