Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the repair and necessary preventive maintenance of vehicles
- Support the inspection and diagnostic processes on equipment
- Interpret work orders and technical documentation
- Replace or repair faulty parts, components, or systems
- Conduct performance tests on repaired equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards
- Regular attendance is essential.

- Possession of personal tools is required
- Understanding of general repair and preventive maintenance criteria
- Capability to adapt to evolving technology and updates
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and interest in engines, electronics, and precision machinery
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and work in challenging positions
- Physical activities include: walking, lifting, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, etc.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory
- Must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Self-motivated and organized individuals are preferred
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities are required
- Ability to lift approximately 70 lbs., or more as necessary for job functions
- Compliance with all company policies, rules, procedures, and Code of Conduct is required
- Ability to work well with others and independently
- Capability to thrive under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities
- Respond effectively to inquiries; ability to read, interpret, and adhere to written materials such as safety guidelines, operational manuals, and maintenance instructions with a high level of comprehension and focus
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will undergo a criminal history background check
- Authorization to work in the United States is required
