Overview:
CeLeen, a division of Command Holdings, is actively seeking experienced Special Operations Forces (SOF) Training Specialists for a prominent program aimed at delivering training and exercise support to U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

Role Responsibilities:
The SOF Training Specialists will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the necessary activities to implement all aspects of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) for USASOC's exercise initiatives.

The Joint Exercise Life Cycle encompasses all events and actions essential for designing, planning, and executing significant training exercises that prepare U.S. Special Operations Forces for operations aligned with national strategic objectives.

Supported Entities:
Key entities include, but are not limited to: 1st Special Forces Command, USASOC, USSOCOM, Geographical Combatant Commands, Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC), and Partner Nations.

Key Duties:
- Act as SOF Operations & Planning Analyst/Trainer for operational level planning and Mission Command.
- Assist in the planning, design, execution, control, and analysis of joint SOF training and exercises.
- Plan, prepare, and manage comprehensive exercise design and scripting support during all JELC events, including roles in the Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG).

- Develop and draft operational level plans and orders in accordance with the Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP).
- Serve as a JECG / TSOC Staff Officer or fulfill other required roles during exercise execution.

- Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Joint Operation Planning Process, Mission Analysis, Military Decision Making Process, and Joint Training System as they pertain to SOF planning.

- Conduct research on current global events and integrate them into relevant scenario injects to achieve the exercise's training objectives.

- Develop and maintain a library of CONPLANS and OPORDS for reuse in future exercise rotations.

- Offer guidance on integrating commercial off-the-shelf UAS and USG C-UAS TTPs and equipment into exercises.

- Capture observations throughout the exercise, preparing after-action reports that include analysis and reporting of lessons learned.

- Create scenarios, injects, and master scenario event lists (MSELs) for practical, tabletop, and vignette-style training events.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the JADE HELM exercise cell leadership.

Work Environment:
Moderate to loud noise levels may be encountered, with the ability to work at a computer for extended periods and in confined or remote environments.

Physical Demands:
Employees must be able to sit, stand, talk, and hear, often requiring the use of hands for computer operation. A valid driver's license is necessary, with the ability to drive in various environments.

Travel Requirements:
This position may involve regular travel, including to remote overseas locations for extended durations.
