Job Description:

In the role of Project Management Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the Project Manager and team in overseeing project timelines, plans, and financials for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking project advancement and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitating project meetings and ensuring all participants are kept informed.
  • Identifying project risks and formulating mitigation strategies.
  • Assisting the Project Manager in managing project scope, schedule, and financial resources.
  • Maintaining precise and current project documentation.
  • Serving as a communication bridge between the project team and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Effectively managing resources.
  • Conducting inspections of residential units.
  • Generating comprehensive reports on unit inspections.
  • Working autonomously to achieve project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project or construction management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Project.
  • Preferred qualifications: PE License and PMP certification.
  • Familiarity with building codes and permitting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
