Radiology Imaging Specialist

Under the direction of the Diagnostic Radiology Manager and the Shift Supervisor, the Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures applying ionizing radiation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competency in performing ERCPs, video fluoroscopies, and other critical care procedures. Additionally, they will be able to troubleshoot equipment problems and obtain nursing assessment while nursing is unavailable.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiographic procedures, including ERCPs, video fluoroscopies, and other critical care procedures
- Demonstrate competency in troubleshooting equipment problems and obtaining nursing assessment
- Notify nurse and document all infiltrates and reactions
- Quality check images before sending to radiologist
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Certification Program - Completion of accredited Radiology program
- ARRT Registered
- SCRQ SAL
- CPR certified
