Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Earned Value Management (EVM) professional to lead our program in delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EVM, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the EVM side of the program in forProject and deliver monthly IPMR/IPMDAR CDRLs and CFSR.
  • Support the initial baseline of the program through the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR).
  • Process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs).
  • Integrate EV from major subcontractors.
  • Support CAMs in development of variance analysis.
  • Support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) and analyze vs Latest Revised Estimates (LRE).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
  • Provide support for internal/external program reviews with key team members.
  • Partner with PM and Planning for EV implementation.
  • Ad-hoc support and analysis.

What You Will Learn:

  • End-to-End, cradle-to-grave program controls.
  • Various components surrounding the pillars of program controls through our monthly all-hands onsite, breakfast and learn, tag up meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Prior experience delivering IPMR/IPMDAR on a contractually required EV program.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Note, Top Secret is preferable.
