We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Activities Coordinator to join our team at Catholic Community Service Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and leading activities, and be able to develop and implement therapeutic recreation programs for seniors. This will involve providing direct services, conducting assessments, and maintaining program notes and participant records.

Key responsibilities will include working with caregivers regarding participant needs, supervising staff and volunteers, and performing other related duties as assigned. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

In terms of qualifications, we require a Bachelor's Degree in recreation, social services, or health care related fields. Alternatively, two years of experience in planning and leading activities may be substituted. Previous supervisory and/or experience with seniors is preferred.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $52,500 - $58,250 per year, based on a 37.5 hour work week.
