Bartlett Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our Respiratory Therapy department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the needs of our community.

About the Role
This full-time Respiratory Therapist position involves working independently to assess, recommend, and implement therapy plans for patients with respiratory conditions. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination and communication. In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also educate patient families and caregivers about respiratory conditions and provide emotional support during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Affirmative relationships with patients, families, and medical teams
  • Evaluation, documentation, and recommendation of treatment options
  • Implementation of individualized therapeutic plans, involving ventilator management and oxygen therapy as necessary
  • Participation in multidisciplinary case conferences to discuss patient progress and challenges
