Salary: Estimated hourly pay range: $40+

Job Summary:

The Education and Child Development Specialist will play a key role in planning and implementing prevention programs to address the social and affective needs of students. This includes participating in initiatives to foster tolerance and appreciation of diversity in the school community.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planning and implementing prevention programs to address the social and affective needs of students.
  • Initiate and direct efforts to foster tolerance and appreciation of diversity in the school community.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure student success.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate Level degree in School Psychology required.
  • Alaska State license - School Psychologist required.
  • Previous experience in schools required.
