  • Prepare, distribute, and monitor Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Disseminate and track construction bulletins, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), or other change documentation
  • Post addenda or other modifications to plans and specifications
  • Collaborate with a Superintendent to develop and update detailed project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed throughout the construction phases
  • Oversee closeout activities, including the distribution and management of punch lists, change orders, contracts, permits, and owner-occupancy details
  • Facilitate productive project meetings, preparing and distributing agendas and meeting notes
  • Proactively manage procurement logs and the submittal process
  • Review shop drawings and samples
  • Schedule, prepare, and lead meetings
  • Prepare and manage contracts, permits, and necessary approvals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing multi-family residential projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and construction methodologies
  • Ability to communicate confidently, articulately, and professionally with team members, industry partners, and clients
  • Demonstrated financial management skills and the capability to independently oversee all aspects of a project from inception to completion
  • Exhibit leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team, as well as work independently
