Job Overview

Axiom Innovation LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in process controls, system design, and technical acumen. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to develop, maintain, and optimize project process controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
  • System Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance related to SCADA systems and data integrity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, construction, and other stakeholder teams to enhance system performance.
  • Documentation: Thoroughly document Lessons Learned and opportunities for Process Improvement.
Requirements
  • Candidate Qualifications: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, experience with process controls or process adherence, prior real-world experience applying process management (controls), and 3+ years of experience in the Mission Critical Industry.
  • Desired Attributes: Strong written and oral communication skills, great attention to detail, proficiency at using M365 products, basic data extrapolation and error detection skills, and ability to speak with experts outside of their own knowledgebase.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
