Job Title: Process Controls Engineer Specialist

Position Overview:
The individual fulfilling this position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project process controls. This role requires a balance of technical acumen and the ability to communicate with clients, suggesting system-level improvements and driving process-related decisions under the guidance of a senior team member.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and guidance related to SCADA systems and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, and other stakeholder teams to enhance system performance.
  • Thoroughly document lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Lead weekly stakeholder meetings throughout multi-year projects.
  • Represent Axiom at professional events.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with process controls or process adherence.
  • Prior real-world experience applying process management (controls).
  • 3+ years of experience in, or a degree related to, the mission critical industry.
  • Field experience in the new construction/large commercial construction industry.
  • Prior multi-trade commissioning experience.
  • Certification or credential in SCADA or software control platform.
  • Experience with system integration, factory or site acceptance testing, or QA/QC processes.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
