Financial Operations Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Order Management Coordinator to join our Finance Department in Kalamazoo, MI. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for reconciling bank and credit card statements, resolving financial inquiries and issues, and collaborating with other departments to improve efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual with experience in invoicing, QuickBooks, and NetSuite. You should have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team setting. Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Resolve financial inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
