Position Title: Logistics Associate
Role Overview: The Logistics Associate is responsible for managing inventory and supplies through receiving, storing, and distributing items while ensuring the warehouse is secured in accordance with the directives of the Warehouse Manager. This role involves the safe movement of inventory utilizing equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies to facilitate the transfer of goods to and from the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload pallets of materials from trucks.
- Coordinate inventory transfers with relevant departments.
- Deliver supplies and equipment to various departments using safe material handling techniques.
- Execute shipping and receiving tasks, including data entry with specialized software similar to Excel.
- Maintain the storage area and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Essential Skills:

Employment Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 months.
Work Environment: The role is situated in a food processing environment where strong odors may be present. Safety is a top priority, and the Warehouse Associate will work in conditions that may become warm during the summer months. The team consists of approximately 43 employees, with around 20 in production.
