Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and disseminate job advertisements across various platforms
  • Engage with potential candidates through professional networks and events
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish candidate qualifications
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews to shortlist qualified applicants
  • Facilitate in-person interviews for a diverse range of positions
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Design and evaluate candidate experience surveys

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with global exposure preferred

  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies on social media and specialized job sites
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
