- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and program changes to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, processing, and closing teams, to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline activity.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale mortgage lending or non-delegated lending, with a proven track record of success as an Account Executive or Relationship Manager.
- Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Additional Requirements: Detail-oriented, team player, and computer/technology savvy.
- Remote Work: This is a fully remote position, working Monday through Friday.
