Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in wholesale lending to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and program changes to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, processing, and closing teams, to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline activity.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale mortgage lending or non-delegated lending, with a proven track record of success as an Account Executive or Relationship Manager.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
  • Additional Requirements: Detail-oriented, team player, and computer/technology savvy.
Work Environment
  • Remote Work: This is a fully remote position, working Monday through Friday.
