This position is for a Global Client Relationship Manager overseeing a portfolio of T800 accounts within the International and Wholesale Banking sector, specifically in the US market.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience engaging with C-level executives, showcasing a robust personal network and a proven history of successfully acquiring new business from both new and existing clients.

The role encompasses overall accountability and leadership in client interactions for sales initiatives. A solid understanding of the Global Financial Services and US Banking landscape is highly desirable.



Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
  • Formulate strategies and objectives that align with client needs to drive account growth, secure new business, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and nurture sustainable, long-term business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee and influence the P&L of proposed client solutions in collaboration with delivery partners.
Business Development:
  • Lead and take ownership of significant Business Development initiatives.
  • Maintain influential relationships both internally and externally to facilitate successful deal closures.
  • Contribute to the leadership and management of the business, spearheading discussions on Digital Transformation.
Strategic Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive and actionable account plans.
  • Build a broad network within and across the organization to influence global strategies that support client objectives.
  • Explore innovative avenues to introduce new services and initiatives across accounts.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Self-driven, diligent, and resourceful, demonstrating energy, enthusiasm, and tenacity to drive decision-making and achieve successful outcomes across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in managing customer relationships at the C-level.
  • Proven track record in sales growth.
  • Experience in P&L management.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Global sales experience is essential.
  • Strong commercial insight.
  • Ability to articulate complex business challenges and collaborate with senior-level clients and executives.
  • Exceptional skills in client engagement, pipeline development, opportunity assessment, deal management, business case formulation, and deal closure.
  • Excellent influencing and commercial capabilities.
  • Manage revenue and gross margin for a cluster of global accounts while overseeing sales performance and strategic account growth.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end customer journey, collaborating with Delivery & Service teams on delivery processes and key client issues.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment, managing virtual teams of specialists.
  • Prior experience in the Global Financial Services or US Banking sector is strongly preferred.
