Leasing Agent

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a highly skilled Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing, including answering phone calls, greeting and assisting residents, touring prospects, maintaining curb appeal, marketing units, and accurately preparing leases and other documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
- Conduct tours of available apartments and answer questions about the community
- Process applications, prepare leases, and collect rent
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and leasing goals
Requirements:
- One year of previous customer service experience
- One year of previous property management, sales, or leasing agent experience
- Basic knowledge of MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, motivation, and high energy
- Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols
- Possess current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and clean driving record
- High School degree or equivalent
