Leasing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team at Woodburn Place Apartment Homes. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing, including answering phone calls, greeting and assisting residents, touring prospects, and accurately preparing leases and other documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of apartment leasing, including phone calls, tours, and lease preparation
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Meet or exceed leasing and sales targets

Requirements:

• One year of previous customer service experience
• One year of previous property management, sales, or leasing agent experience
• Basic knowledge of MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, motivation, and high energy
• Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols
• Possess a current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
• High School degree or equivalent
