Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager II to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As an Assistant Manager II, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our 476-unit apartment community, Woodburn Place Apartment Homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Property Manager with marketing, property integrity, and resident relations.
- Collect rents, prepare reports, and develop agreements.
- Support and fill in for the leasing agent to lease apartments, answer phones, and tour prospects.
- Ensure compliance with all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.
- 6 months of previous property management experience.
- 6 months to 1 year of previous supervisory experience.
- Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, and high energy.
