Job Overview
Description:

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a highly skilled Leasing Agent to join our team at Woodburn Place Apartment Homes. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing, including answering phone calls, greeting and assisting residents, touring prospects, maintaining curb appeal, marketing units, and accurately preparing leases and other documents.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for real estate, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease apartments to prospective residents
  • Conduct tours of available units
  • Prepare and process lease agreements
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns
  • Market available units through various channels

Requirements:

  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • 1 year of previous property management, sales, or leasing agent experience
  • Basic knowledge of MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, motivation, and high energy
  • Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols
  • Possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
  • High School degree or equivalent
