Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, ensuring efficient office management and providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in phone systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Answer calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and other Excel-based tasks.
  • Support team members with travel and expense report management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and workflow.
  • Handle additional administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced level).
  • Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility for overtime as needed.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commitment to the 6-month duration with no scheduled time off.
  • Completion of the eSkill Excel test (advanced version) required for qualified candidates.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
